售后服务真难做![img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/4/6.gif[/img] 做什么都不会再做售后了。头痛死![img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/4/34.gif[/img] 一个字“拖”,两个字“能拖”,三个字“真能拖”[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/2/5.gif[/img]每当客户催自己的时候,自己也很急[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/3/29.gif[/img],就拖一下,告诉他们已经在抓紧处理了。然后我们就催上家[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/4/41.gif[/img]。他们也拖。。。。。。时间[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/4/42.gif[/img]长了,客户也烦了,我们也烦了[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/1/4.gif[/img],客户就报怨我们,我们就是夹在中间受气的[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/1/8.gif[/img]。上家就是拖你,客户还是要报怨的。我们在中间很难做。
回头想想如果自己是客户的话,也会很急的。放这东西这么长时间都没修好,耽误自己的事情。要是我自己我也会报怨的![img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/3/32.gif[/img]
上次的事情就特别的头痛!真的想投诉他们![img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/3/10.gif[/img]上次报修的,过了两个星期才过来处理,真的能把人气死![img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/1/15.gif[/img]
这几天又遇到这种情况,客户都报修快一个月了,就还没动静了,今天打电话问的时候才说去查查[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/3/33.gif[/img]。[img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/4/26.gif[/img]晕了。。。。。。
做售后服务,少不了客户的报怨![img]http://blogteam.bokee.com/pub/neweditor/editor/images/smiley/4/22.gif[/img] ;P 做售后就要做好两头受气的准备!
